General questions.

Do you charge for pickup and delivery?

Not for repair services. Pickup and delivery are free. (Snow removal is on-site work — see the Snow Removal page.)

What does Get It Running include?

Diagnosis and repair. Parts under $40 are included, and we confirm the final price after we've looked at it.

What if a part costs $40 or more?

We talk first. You approve it before we install it. (Applies on every service.)

What does the warranty cover?

One year from the service date on Get It Running repairs, the Entry Tune-Up, Full Service, Estate & Heavy-Duty services, the bundle's two Full Services, Protection Plan visits, and Put-It-Away: workmanship and installed parts. Each Protection Plan visit starts a new 1-year warranty from the visit date, when renewed immediately with no lapse; it restarts the countdown and does not stack on a running warranty. It doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, neglect, improper fuel or storage, or unrelated failures. Snow removal and storage have no warranty. Warranty excludes commercial and semi-commercial equipment.

How do I pay?

Pay when the work is done. Ask us about payment options.

Where do you pick up?

Across Nassau and Suffolk, from Seaford, NY.

Do you repair tractors and zero-turns?

Yes. See Estate & Heavy-Duty. Commercial equipment is quoted separately: request a quote.

Do you store snowblowers?

Yes. Put-It-Away is $100 (1-year warranty included) and storage is $10 a month, paid up front for the agreed storage period (no warranty, no automatic renewal). Warranty excludes commercial and semi-commercial equipment.

How do I cancel a plan?

By call, text, or email. All packages and services are non-refundable.

Is there a senior discount?

Senior discount available. Just ask. (No number.)

Can I refer a neighbor?

Yes. A new customer books any service package and mentions your name, and you both get $25 off your next service package. The credit never expires and stacks.

Snow questions.

Where do you work?

Nassau and Suffolk, no towns excluded.

How do you measure?

With a ruler on a large, flat, open surface at your property; the trigger is a 24-hour total of 3 inches or more.

What if it doesn't snow?

You still pay the season price. All packages and services are non-refundable.

Ice or salt?

Extra, $30 per application.

What about a huge storm?

Covered up to 20 inches. Above that, $10 for each inch over 20 in a single 24-hour snowfall. Example: a 24-inch snowfall is 4 inches over, so $40 extra.

Who does the work?

Our team is local.

Are Season Plan visits automatic?

Yes — and plan customers are served in the same queue as emergency callers, with no priority.

What type of equipment do we service?

Does it have an engine? If so, we can fix it! Below are some photos of machines we serviced, but machines we service are not limited to the list below! Reach out and ask if you're unsure, but we will probably have you covered!
